M.W.L Developments is a Singapore construction and renovation company serving commercial, industrial and private clients. Led by a team with over 15 years of experience, we handle structural works, fit-out, wet works, masonry, finishing and reinstatement, with custom fabrication where the project calls for it. Our work spans the first site visit through to handover.
From individual work packages to coordinated projects, the scope is shaped around each site and its requirements. This can include additions and alterations, demolition, strip-out and reinstatement for handover. Quality, efficiency and honesty guide how we approach the work.
